Step 01
Architecture review
Sixty minutes with a senior architect. Bring your current architecture and what hurts; leave with a target-state diagram and the three changes worth making first.
Pricing
Most consultancies keep pricing behind a sales call because their number depends on how much they think you will pay. Ours does not. We bring accelerators and senior people, so we can put fixed fees and real day rates on a public page and stand behind them.
Fixed-fee packages
You should not have to sign a six-figure statement of work to find out whether we are any good. Start small, see the work, then decide.
Step 01
Sixty minutes with a senior architect. Bring your current architecture and what hurts; leave with a target-state diagram and the three changes worth making first.
Step 02
Profile, target design, cost model, risk register and a sequenced plan — fixed fee, ten business days. Credited against a production build if you proceed.
Step 03
One real workload, end to end, in production-shaped code — not a notebook demo — with tests, governance and reconciliation against the source system.
Step 04
The full migration or platform build, delivered in increments with your engineers working alongside ours. Scoped into fixed-fee phases wherever we responsibly can.
Time & materials
For work that does not fit a fixed scope, we bill by the day. Every rate below is a senior practitioner — there is no junior tier because there are no juniors.
How to read the ranges
The packages are ranges because estates differ. Here is what moves the number, so you can guess where you sit before you even talk to us.
We will not staff a pyramid and bill you for the layers. We will not put a junior on your project and describe them as an architect. And we will not quote a low number to win the work and then discover scope every month.
If a fixed fee is the wrong shape for your problem, we say so and switch to day rates. If day rates would run away from you, we push to scope a fixed fee instead. The pricing model should serve the work, not the invoice.
Straight answers
Real prices. The ranges reflect genuine variation in estate size and complexity, not negotiating room. We would rather tell you the number early and lose the ones that were never going to be a fit.
No. The whole point of the ladder is that each step stands alone. The architecture review costs nothing, the assessment is ten days, and you decide about the build afterward with the evidence in hand.
A senior architect on call for design reviews, decisions and second opinions — useful when your team is doing the building and wants someone senior to check the direction. It is $6,800 / month and cancellable monthly.
You do. Everything we build lands in your repositories, in your cloud, under your control. There is no lock-in and no license to us for work you paid for.
Start here
Bring your current architecture, data volumes and the workloads that hurt. You leave with a target-state diagram on Databricks, the three changes that would cut the most cost or latency, and an honest answer on whether you need us at all.
No slide deck. No procurement process. One senior architect on the call.
